Do not pay attention to hand cleaning. Hands should be washed with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, soap and water are used for alcohol, hand antiseptics should be used. Soap containing antiseptic or antibacterial is not required, normal soap is sufficient.
Covering with tissue paper is for the inside of the elbow not to enter crowded places if possible.
